- Account data — your email address, and the display name you choose. We use passwordless sign-in (“magic links”), so we do not store passwords.
- Practice data — your exercises, attempts, progress, levels, and statistics, including data derived from a connected MIDI instrument when you use that feature.
- Technical data — basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, generated automatically when you use the Service, for security and reliability.
3. How we use your data
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To deliver the Service: generate exercises, track progress, and personalize your training.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To communicate with you about your account and important changes to the Service.
4. Legal bases for processing
We process your data on the basis of the performance of our contract with you (providing the Service you signed up for), our legitimate interests (security, improving the Service), and your consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies).

6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, acting as processors on our instructions:
- Hosting — our application is hosted on a server provided by Hostinger (EU).
- Database — account and practice data are stored with Neon, a serverless Postgres provider.
- Email delivery — sign-in links and account emails are sent through an email delivery provider.
- Advertising measurement — to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns, we use Google Ads conversion tracking, including enhanced conversions. This may involve sharing a hashed (irreversible) version of identifiers such as your email address with Google, used solely to match your purchase to an ad interaction. We carry out this processing only where you have given your consent.
Where any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your account and practice data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
